What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement and Contracts Analyst position at Omega 365?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in material acquisition and service contracts.
- Develop new suppliers following procurement policies.
- Increase framework agreements by analyzing procurement demands.
- Map and evaluate supply markets to select qualified suppliers.
- Create efficient contracting models to reduce risks and costs.
- Support RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), ensuring alignment with specifications and legal requirements.
- Draft and adjust contracts as part of RFx processes.
- Optimize the bidding process by strategizing supplier engagement.
- Compare offers, negotiate contracts, and finalize supplier agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance, implement improvements, and ensure cost reductions.
- Align procurement strategies with corporate objectives and ensure transparency.
- Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships.
- Follow corporate HSSE policies, safety rules, and environmental protection measures.
- Comply with ethical standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Be prepared for emergency response as per company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years professional experience on procurement activities in large scale oil and gas or transformation
- Relevant studies in Supply Chain Management, Project Management,
- Lean six sigma, TCO knowledge, Negotiation abilities, and similar are also desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attentive to Detail
