Omega Accounting Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team focused on selling our comprehensive accounting and tax incentive services. Please note: This position is fully on-site.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct outbound sales calls and email campaigns to prospective clients in order to generate new opportunities
- Identify client needs and work with leadership to improve tactics targeting small to mid-size businesses
- Educate prospects on the benefits of our tax incentive and accounting services and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs
- Fully understand Omega’s products and services and communicate our value proposition, pricing structure, and service offerings to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to effectively schedule appointments and transfer prospective clients
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and update customer information.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Complete other duties at this discretion of management
ABOUT YOU
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in selling accounting or financial services.
- Ability to handle an average of 150 combined outbound calls and emails daily while tracking activity and effectively summarizing client conversations in a CRM
- Ability to engage and communicate with business owners and decision makers for small to mid-market companies
- Ability to identify client needs and present solutions effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to sales activity
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, similar business-related degree, or equivalent work experience required
- 2 years experience in a sales or customer services call center environment working in B2B sales
- Previous sales experience in business financial services industries is highly desirable
- Ability to learn and understand sales scripts and cross sell multiple products
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Sales CRM utilization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
