THE POSITION
We are looking for a full-time Creative Designer to join our team, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, at our office in Portage, MI. This is not a remote position. This position assists in driving our mission by creating and implementing visual designs for flat and motion projects. This position will collaborate with our Marketing team to develop content for client acquisition purposes, as well as internal communications and informal end-user training. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate through creative design across different types of media using the following:
- Print and digital graphic design
- Animated sequences and motion graphics
- Video production
- Photography
- Web design
- Meet with the marketing team to discuss campaigns and project scopes.
- Submit proofs for review and perform edits based on feedback.
- Maintain a high standard for the Omega brand by following the developed style guide to produce quality work.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- Artistically inclined with a passion for the ever-evolving tech industry.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Driven to produce quality work for the intended audience.
- Experience with:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- HTML, CSS
- Squarespace or similar
- DSLR camera & audio tech
