Entry-Level Sales and Customer Service Support Responsibilities:
- Execute engagement strategy, connect with potential customer accounts and educate them on their product inquiry and the added benefits of services
- Be a product expert to provide consistent and straightforward Sales and Customer Service Support
- Negotiate inquiries with precision, while overturning any additional customer objections
- Participate and engage in ongoing in-house training and development with other Sales and Customer Service Support
- Eagerly assist in additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challenges
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or related field is highly encouraged
- Exemplary communication skills and negotiation tactics
