Maintenance Mechanic
Since 1975, Omega Flex has been supplying quality engineered flexible metal hose products that meet demanding industrial, commercial and residential applications. We currently have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Mechanic with experience in a manufacturing environment at our Exton, PA facility. This roll will have a potential for a raise at 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month evaluations, and then annually thereafter in accordance with our policies. Annual evaluations also have the potential for $500 bonus each year on your anniversary based on reliability / performance.
As a Maintenance Mechanic you will need to have strong mechanical aptitude, good math and reading skills, ability to follow directions and procedures, and great communication skills. The ideal candidate will have some experience working with hydraulics and welding. In this role you will perform a variety of maintenance operations : installing, repairing, and maintaining production machines and related equipment. Must be able to operate drill press, sanders, grinders, band saws, electric drills, circular saws, and related equipment and hand tools. An understanding of electrical and mechanical principles would be helpful.

This is an on-site position, no remote or hybrid work schedule is available. Omega Flex requires successful completion of provided pre-employment testing including a physical, drug test, and employment background for the selected candidate.
