Hiring: Sales & Customer Service Specialist – Framing & Embroidery Business
Location: Omega Framing and Embroidery
Pay: $25/hour to start
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team! Our business specializes in embroidery, screen printing, digital printing, custom picture framing, and promotional products.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and sales to attract new clients
- Handling customer service inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing emails and follow-ups with customers
- Assisting with orders, quotes, and project coordination
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Sales & Customer Service Experience – Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Graphic Design Background – Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW is a plus
- Embroidery, Printing & Framing Experience – Understanding of the industry is a bonus
- Promotional Product Experience – Familiarity with branded merchandise is a plus
- Punctual & Reliable – Must be organized and meet deadlines
