Your Impact:
As Director of Center Operations, you'll orchestrate the symphony of daily activities that make our center a beacon of hope and development for the people we Serve. You'll be the mastermind behind creating exceptional experiences in our specialized spaces, from our artistic haven to our motor skills gym.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, maintaining our gold-standard 1:5 staff-to-client ratio
• Oversee daily operations of our state-of-the-art facility, including specialized areas like:
- Art room
- Sensory room
- Motor skills gym
- Gardening space • Ensure delivery of high-quality services including:
- Medical care coordination
- Daily living support programs
- Career coaching initiatives
- Social skills workshops • Maintain CARF accreditation standards and compliance • Manage center budget and resource allocation • Drive community engagement and partnership initiatives • Implement and monitor client progress tracking systems
Your Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of person-centered planning and support
• Experience with CARF accreditation preferred
• Excellence in team leadership and program management
• Passion for creating inclusive, engaging environments
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Your Performance Metrics:
• Quarterly KPI evaluations (2 quarterly failures = PIP)
• Client satisfaction ratings
• Staff retention rates
• Program effectiveness measures
• Budget management
• Compliance maintenance
Experience/Educational/Training Requirements:
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Special Education
• 5 years of leadership experience in disability services or related field
• Proven leadership experience in disability services
• Deep understanding of person-centered programming
• Passion for making a difference in people's lives
• CARF accreditation experience
