What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Counter Sales position at Omega Holdings?
The Counter Sales position is a key role within Global Parts Distributors, LLC (gpd). The Counter Sales Representative will interact with the company customers by addressing inquiries and handle all aspects of the counter sales and phone sales.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Maintain good customer relationships once contact is established.
- Provide customer service/support for routine and escalated customer requests and questions.
- Ensure that all documentation accompanied with order parts, returns, and deliveries are filled out correctly.
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
- Handle cash and other purchasing transactions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn new software.
- Able to multi-task and work in a high paced environment.
- 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Parts knowledge preferred.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
