The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that newly constructed or renovated properties are thoroughly cleaned and ready for occupancy. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in their work and have a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough cleaning of interior spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Clean windows, doors, and frames to ensure all glass surfaces are streak-free. Remove construction debris, dust, and dirt from all areas, including floors, walls, and ceilings. Sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas, ensuring all fixtures are clean and functional. Clean and polish all surfaces, including countertops and cabinets, to remove construction residue. Report any damages or issues found during the cleaning process to the supervisor. Follow safety protocols and utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications: Previous cleaning experience, preferably in post-construction or commercial cleaning. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including proper usage and safety procedures. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
