Sterilizer Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sterilizers Technician with expertise in medical sterilizers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various sterilizers and biomed equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime for our clients. This role requires a strong technical background in biomedical equipment, particularly in the field of medical imaging.

Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and repairsterilizers systems at customer sites
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and scheduled service procedures on sterilizers equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with sterilizers
• Conduct repairs and component replacements as needed to restore equipment functionality
• Collaborate with other service technicians and biomedical engineers to resolve complex technical problems
• Provide technical support and training to customers and clinical staff on the proper use and maintenance of sterilizers
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, parts inventory, and equipment history
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in medical imaging equipment
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Field Service Technician orBiomedical Technician, with a focus on medical sterilizers equipment
• Strong expertise in sterilizers, including installation, maintenance, and repair
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software issues in medicalequipment
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements for medical devices (e.g., FDA, NEMA)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
