REGIONAL DELIVERY DRIVER

Applicant:

Picture Frame Moulding Company is looking for a self-motivated individual to professionally deliver multiple stops per day with 1-2 overnights required. Guaranteed 40 hrs./week and some weeks may require overtime. Overnight expenses are paid.

Applicants must be familiar with local laws and DOT Rules and Regulations. Non-CDL license required as the vehicle will be in a Van. Excellent communication skills are a must. Deliveries will begin out of the St. Louis, MO area and will delivery areas consist of Kansas City, Omaha, NE, Pittsburg, KS, West Plains, MO. Nebraska deliveries are every other week. Applicant, will need to pick up the load at a local truck depot, properly and safely organize the load for efficient deliveries and complete deliveries for the specific day.

Specific duties include:

• Operating a delivery vehicle to/from the starting in the St. Louis, MO vicinity.
• Must be able to rent a vehicle from a local rental agency. Vehicle paid by company.
• Overseeing the safe loading of the vehicle in the morning and making sure all products are stored properly so no damages occur in transit.
• Obeying all DOT, local agencies and company safety directives
• Obeying all traffic laws and weight limits
• Basic knowledge and understanding of DOT Rules and Regulations
• Self-motivated and expediting the unloading operation at delivery sites to ensure the safe and accurate delivery of merchandise to each individual customer
• Responsible for site safety and vehicle as it pertains to the delivery
• Responsible for having the delivered product skillfully placed and appearing as orderly and presentable as possible at the customer’s location.

Specific Qualifications Include:

• Must possess a clean Driver's License, CDL not required, with no restrictions, suspensions or DUI convictions in the past 3 years.
• Ability to unload, transport goods into customers location
• Ability to stand, climb, reach, bend, and twist throughout complete shifts
• Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 85 lbs.
• Must communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
