How You Will Make an Impact:

• Uphold stringent manufacturing practices, ensuring all operational, safety, and quality standards are met consistently.
• Cultivate a safe and dynamic work environment, overseeing the functionality and safety of all equipment and practices.
• Lead and inspire your team, providing regular feedback and fostering professional growth through development plans and objectives.
• Proactively manage the production schedule to troubleshoot and rectify any process inefficiencies.
• Foster effective communication across all levels, particularly with night shift staff, to ensure clear understanding and execution of production goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set comprehensive training programs, and manage budget and cost controls to optimize financial and operational performance.

What You Need to Succeed:

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a strong emphasis on supervisory roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using advanced Excel functionalities and experience with ERP systems like Oracle.
• A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably with a focus on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Control (QC) standards.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effective dialogue across various levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of enhancing team performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
