The Senior Manager will lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities, manage capital projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Develop and implement maintenance and engineering strategies that enhance operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
• Manage the capital expenditure plan in coordination with the operations and finance teams.
• Administer preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and prolong the life of equipment.
• Lead safety initiatives, promoting best practices and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of machinery and facilities.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and initiate corrective actions.
• Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and devise preventive strategies.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring effective tracking and execution.
• Source and procure tools and resources to bolster maintenance efforts.
• Develop and facilitate training programs for maintenance staff to elevate their technical skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation and new product development.
• Inspire and develop the maintenance and engineering team, fostering a culture of professional growth and accountability.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, OR significant experience in Operations Management.
• 7 years of experience in maintenance and engineering within a manufacturing setting.
• Proven leadership capabilities with full responsibility for maintenance and capital expenditure projects.
• 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Over 10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with CMMS and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with food packaging materials and equipment is a plus
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a plus.
• Advanced degrees in operations, business, or related fields.
• PMP Certification is a big plus!
