Responsibilities:
- Focuses primarily on leasing activities, including showing rental units to prospective tenants, answering inquiries, and processing applications.
- Assists with lease agreements, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Conducts tenant screenings, including credit checks and reference verifications.
- Supports marketing efforts by promoting available units and updating property listings.
Scope of Work:
- Primarily involved in the leasing process from initial contact with prospective tenants through lease signing.
- Works closely with property managers and assistants to ensure vacancies are filled promptly and leases are renewed efficiently.
- Typically handles shorter-term interactions with tenants, focusing on lease transactions and initial move-in processes.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Customer service skills, sales experience, and knowledge of rental market trends is required.
- Attention to detail is crucial for processing lease applications and maintaining accurate records.
- Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with prospective and current tenants.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
