Property Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Tenant Management:
- Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and issues.
- Handle lease agreements and ensure tenants follow rules.
Maintenance Oversight:
- Arrange property repairs and upkeep.
- Conduct regular inspections for safety and cleanliness.
Financial Handling:
- Set and collect rent payments.
- Manage property budgets and financial records.
Marketing and Leasing:
- Advertise vacancies and show properties to potential tenants.
- Screen tenants and negotiate lease terms.
Legal Compliance:
- Stay updated on landlord-tenant laws.
- Handle evictions and ensure property meets regulations.
Vendor Coordination:
- Hire and supervise contractors and services.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
Community Relations:
- Build relationships with residents and property owners.
- Attend meetings and address community concerns.
Risk Management:
- Identify and reduce property risks.
- Prepare for emergencies and handle insurance claims.
Property Improvements:
- Plan and oversee improvement projects.
- Monitor project progress and budgets.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records and handle paperwork.
- Use property management software efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role is required.

- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in property management software particularly in Appfolio and Google Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $40,323.18 - $48,561.25 per year
