Full-Time Physical Therapist Position at Omega Rehab & Sport

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Job Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Schedule: Monday through Friday; pay incentive for Saturday availability.

Salary: $90,000 – $125,000 (negotiable based on experience and specialty certifications)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with chiropractors and fellow physical therapists to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. We are looking for a therapist who excels in orthopedic care, particularly in exercise prescription, and is eager to learn and integrate structural analysis, including the use of weight-bearing X-rays, to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to patients by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results, determining the best course of treatment.
• Collaborate with chiropractors to create personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, provide exercise prescriptions, and educate patients to promote physical health and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely productivity metrics.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and adoption of wellness services.
• Meet or exceed incentive goals.
• Adhere to clinic rules, regulations, and policies.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current California State Physical Therapy license (required).
• BLS Certification.
• Strong orthopedic skills, particularly in exercise prescription.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to manage a busy schedule and handle documentation.
• Friendly, approachable personality with a positive attitude that builds trust with patients and peers.
• Strong focus on active-care and functional movement.
• Willingness to adopt and teach neutral-spine mechanics to patients in both rehab and daily life settings.
• Ability to engage patients with a high level of care, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
• Experience in a physical therapy / chiropractic integrated clinic is a plus.
