Omega Senior Living is looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to work onsite with our friendly and engaging staff at our downtown Wichita office.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is part of the sales and marketing team that supports the Omega Senior Living communities and home office with all digital strategy and initiatives to create an omnichannel strategy.
Essential Duties
Adheres to policies, operating procedures and the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Omega Senior Living.
Works with the VP of Sales and Marketing in the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategies for communities.
Works with the VP of Sales and Marketing to create and manage an omnichannel strategy where all communication channels are designed to work together.
Extensive knowledge of all social media platforms, ability to create Facebook ads.
Maintain website and update as needed to promote communities and educate prospective residents.
Provide support where and when required to ensure smooth running of the marketing team initiatives.
Design all collateral utilizing knowledge of Canva and Indesign systems.
Manage, publish, promote and measure online content delivered through website, social media and email marketing campaigns.
Generate new sales qualified leads through digital advertising, organic web search, social media ads, and website management.
Work with VP of Sales to evaluate emerging technologies, provide input and make recommendations about adoption.
Use CRM to analyze data and metrics for marketing effectiveness.
Work as a team player with community team members as well as OSL home office.
Ability to manage Marketing Automation Platform for all communities and track progress.

EDUCATION
Prefer Associates Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Experience
Prefer prior experience in digital marketing for senior living. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Prefer experience with Startup company, with a background in project management. Knowledge of Active Demand preferred.
Specific Requirements

Requires attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs, sales presentation, follow-through and ownership on assignments.
Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
