Senior Programmer Consultant

Mandatory Requirements

1. minimum of Five (5) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years working as Full Stack developer using multiple technologies like but not limited to Oracle database, PL / SQL, Angular UI and Java, Spring.

2. minimum of Five (5) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years handling complex applications using multiple technologies.

3. minimum of Five (5) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years in front end web development tools, techniques, and methods for user-facing interfaces. Designing and developing applications using Angular UI, Angular CLI, Node.js, NPM, HTML5, CSS, Responsive Design modern techniques and frameworks

4. minimum of Five (5) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years in developing relational and non-relational database systems with scalable search technology to handle data sets. Strong experience handling complex database code.

5. minimum of Five (5) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years in using relational database systems and working with SQL, Oracle PL / SQL queries, functions, procedures, packages etc.

6. minimum of Five (5) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years in Data flow diagrams, Data dictionary, Database normalization theory techniques, Entity relation modeling and design techniques.

7. minimum of Five (5) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years with Oracle Supplied Packages such as DBMS_SQL, DBMS_JOB, UTL_FILE. Experience with Ref Cursor, External Tables and Collections.

8. minimum of Five (5) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years in Client-Server application development using Oracle 11g / 12c / 19c, PL / SQL, TOAD and / or SQL

9. minimum Five (5) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years in triaging PL / SQL code, SQL performance tuning. Deep understanding of data access patterns from applications and optimization for optimal performance, maintainability, security, and operability.

10. minimum Five (5) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years working with the Unix / Linux, Bash scripts, and automation using scripts.

11. minimum of Five (5) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years in all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) - Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance of complex applications using database systems and delivering on-time against conflicting schedules.

12. minimum Five (5) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years analyzing SQL queries and procedures, resolving issues with the application stack having Angular UI and Java Spring APIs and calling database objects.

13. minimum of Three (3) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years as a Backend Web Developer designing, implementing, and testing back-end web applications, opensource web programming languages and frameworks, emerging technologies and trends, and best development practices.

14. minimum of Three (3) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years as a Back-End Web Developer developing, consuming, testing, and documenting RESTful PIs, using Jav nd Spring. Designing nd implementing Microservices APIs using Spring Boot and other technologies.

15. minimum of Three (3) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years working in team environments using Scrum or hybrid Agile methodologies utilizing JIRA and automated build management with continuous integration and continuous delivery platform (CI / CD) and Development and Operations (DevOps) workflows.

16. minimum of Three (3) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years in using Git and GitHub for source code version control activities.

17. minimum Three (3) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years working in all phases of the systems development lifecycle, concept, requirements, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.

18. minimum of Three (3) years of experience within the past Ten (10) years utilizing Identity & Access Management software like WSO2.

19. minimum of Three (3) years of experience developing applications on Cloud based platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud.

20. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, Team player, quick learner, and ability to deliver on-time.

Job Details

1. Work as a Full Stack developer using multiple technologies like but not limited to Angular UI, Java, Spring, Oracle database.

2. nalyze, Design, Develop, Test, Implement and Maintain the applications, components, and processes by adhering to all CSAC standards, practices, and policies.

3. Develop and maintain front-end user interfaces using Angular UI, and related technologies. Create high-performing, responsive and interactive web applications, based on requirements. Create custom directives and components.

4. Work on the APIs developed using Jav nd Spring boot framework and interacting with Oracle database.

5. Work on back-end web development, designing, coding, and implementing microservices APIs using Java, Spring boot. Integrating and implementing RESTful API to the front-end applications and using WSO2 for Identity and API Management.

6. Work on the Oracle database, PL / SQL code, procedures, packages, functions, tables, views etc.

7. Fix user reported defects, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with the application code. This would involve working with code in Oracle PL / SQL, Java, Spring and Angular UI. There could be other technologies involved depending upon the project requirement.

8. Create and deliver application builds of component software suitable for deployment by CSAC system administration staff.

9. Perform Unit and Performance testing of the application's user interface, API, and database. Support all testing efforts to ensure that the application meets the expectation.

10. Ensure that the Requirements are met by tracing the functionality of the code.

11. Participate in peer code review process and fixing review comments to ensure that the code adheres to the expected CSAC standards.

12. Deliver clean and accepted code in GitHub. Work with DevOps and DBA to get code deployed in the target environment(s).

13. ttend team meetings and provide status updates on the tasks.

14. Documentation, Knowledge Transfer, Training to other team members for each activity that has been worked on.

15. Work on tasks relating to CSAC application support as required by the team and not listed above.
