Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot various systems. This role involves working on industrial dehydration and thermal-treatment systems as well as other ancillary equipment.
Duties
- Perform equipment assembly prior to shipping equipment.
- Travel to customer's plant to analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with scissor lifts and other industrial equipment is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems effectively.
- Prior customer service experience is highly desirable, showcasing strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
