Omega Wealth Private Capital is seeking high-performing, competitive Financial Advisors for its new Crestview Hills office . This role is for a closer —an advisor who excels at converting pre-scheduled, pre-qualified client meetings into business. No prospecting required —the firm provides all marketing, lead generation, and appointment scheduling .

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct consultations to assess financial goals, risk tolerance, and retirement planning needs.
Develop and present customized financial plans aligned with each client’s objectives.
Recommend and implement fee-based AUM solutions and fixed-indexed annuities as primary strategies.
Close business consistently by following the firm’s structured financial planning and sales process.
Educate clients on investment strategies, retirement income planning, tax efficiency, and asset protection .
Maintain detailed client records, financial plans, and follow-up actions in CRM and portfolio management systems.
Work closely with operations, compliance, and client service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and management.
Compete internally to demonstrate leadership potential and earn advancement opportunities.
Stay informed on market trends, financial products, and industry best practices .
Qualifications :
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics , or a related field preferred.
3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or similar client-facing sales role .
Proven track record of closing business in a high-volume, appointment-based sales environment.
Licensing & Certifications :
Must hold Series 65 or be willing to obtain it within a designated timeframe.
Life and Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
CFP® or other industry designations are a plus but not required.
Skills & Knowledge :
Expertise in retirement income planning, annuity strategies, and investment management .
Familiarity with fixed-indexed annuities, structured investments, and fee-based advisory platforms .
Ability to clearly communicate financial concepts in an engaging and persuasive manner.
Strong sales and closing skills , with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and portfolio management tools .
Other Requirements :

Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a steady flow of client meetings.
Must work full-time, in-office at the firm’s Crestview Hills, Kentucky location.
Compensation & Additional Considerations :
Commission Structure : Competitive, typically 20-25% of revenue generated.
Guaranteed Compensation Package : Ranges from $6,000 to $10,000 per month based on experience and performance.
1099 Independent Consultant Status : Allows for greater tax flexibility and earnings potential .
