Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Leader plays a crucial role in driving our growth by developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. By managing the sales pipeline, building client relationships, and collaborating with marketing teams, this leader will ensure OmegaCor consistently meets and exceeds its sales and marketing objectives.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a results-driven approach with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. They will exhibit strategic thinking by developing innovative strategies to drive market expansion. A strong customer focus is essential, ensuring client relationships are built and maintained through a deep understanding of their needs. Additionally, analytical abilities will play a key role in using data to inform decisions and optimize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales pipeline from lead qualification through close-ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. Utilize CRM platforms to maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and client communications.
Business Development: Represent the MSP at industry events, technology expos, and networking forums. Proactively build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, vendors, and strategic partners to expand the company's market footprint.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve and document sales and marketing workflows to ensure alignment with service delivery models, compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA), and client onboarding best practices.
Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key metrics across sales performance, lead conversion rates, client acquisition costs, and customer satisfaction. Translate data into actionable strategies that support sustainable growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration between the sales process and service delivery. Facilitate smooth client transitions from pre-sales through onboarding and long-term support.
Client Retention & Expansion: Strengthen existing client relationships by regularly reviewing service performance, identifying additional needs, and proposing relevant managed service offerings (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud services, 24/7 support). Ensure a high standard of client satisfaction and contract renewal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 7 years of experience in B2B sales with a successful track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Experience in the Managed IT Service Provider (MSP) sector or working with nonprofits, churches, or B-Corps is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., ConnectWise, Salesforce) and sales tools, ex. LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range $85,000 - $100,000 based on experience and on-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000 or more.
