Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Campaign / Events Specialist that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign / Events Specialist will centrally manage and ensure the understanding, implementation, execution, tracking, and optimization of virtual events and webinars hosted by our global affiliate colleagues, including the campaigns aimed at driving attendance to those events. They will turn the multichannel content and rules as defined and delivered in the campaign briefings provided by our stakeholders within the local countries into a series of workflows, deliveries, and event configurations within our standard marketing automation toolset, Adobe Campaign, and / or our standard webinar solution, SpotMe & Cvent.
The Events Manager will also work with our team to design and develop virtual events and campaign content templates and processes, as well as work to ensure understanding and adherence by local stakeholders to the predefined service and setup. In addition to programming workflows, deliveries, and event configurations, they may also modify and maintain landing page templates using some creative coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
They will :
- Ensure high quality and on time delivery of campaigns deployed and virtual event services provided.
- Ensure that events and campaigns are configured and measured according to global standards, best practices, and predefined virtual events specific templates.
- Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders in the markets using subject matter expertise on virtual events, campaigns, and toolset to ensure optimization of event and campaign setup and execution.
- Work with other project stakeholders to design and develop optimized approach to virtual event and campaign content templates and processes.
- Work with the Events Specialists to ensure that the campaign surrounding communication of the virtual event and the Specialists’ coordination and execution of the virtual event itself are well aligned including before, during, and after.
- Ensure that markets are informed and fully understand the Virtual Events service and processes.
- Work both independently and with Platform Managers to modify and maintain landing page templates, email templates, and technical workflows.
- Ensure that Analysts and Data Stewards have access to the correct data for their reporting, analytics, and data management.
