• Candidate should have 15 Years of overall experience & experience related to Infor project management
• Should have strong written & verbal communication skills
• Should have Project Management skills
• Extensive experience in implementation, enhancement & development across Various ERPs (Infor LN project management would be an added advantage)
• Should be versatile with Infor products
• Should possess practical knowledge of Engagement Management, Project Management, Business
• Should have Good experience in liaising with IT, Business, and Onsite & offshore team
• Prior experience in the delivery of projects to add real value to the various customers
• Should handle Resource planning and backup plan
• Should have skills in the Risk management area
• Ability to adopt, Birlasoft project management processes
• Should adhere to the quality process
• Must have experience with Project Management tools such as MS Project
• Must be flexible in travel to project locations
• Should be self-motivated and ready for ownership of project responsibility
