Key Responsibilities : Perform daily monitoring, support, and maintenance of the Murex platform. Conduct basic configurations and parameter adjustments within the Murex system to meet business requirements. Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions. Conduct gap analysis and recommend system improvements or enhancements. Apply knowledge of Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives to ensure accurate system configurations and data integrity. Provide insights and support related to trading, risk management, and settlement processes. Utilize SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency. Leverage Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting. Assist in the planning and implementation of Murex-related projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Participate in system testing, validation, and user training. Troubleshoot and resolve Murex-related issues in a timely manner. Provide second-line support for complex technical problems. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : 7-8 years of experience working with Murex in a Capital Markets environment. Demonstrated experience in Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives. Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and Excel. Familiarity with Murex configurations and basic technical setup. Understanding of database structures and data management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience with business process documentation and gap analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with Murex modules related to trading, risk, and back-office functions. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in Capital Markets.
