Job Description:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of testing experience
- 2 years of automation testing experience
- 2 years managing teams in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master and/ or Test Manager
- Proficiency in Selenium, Java, TestNG, Cucumber, Gherkin, Jira, Deque AXE and Xray.
- BS/BA, BS in technical discipline preferred
- Expertise in BrowserStack for mobile and web application testing across multiple environments.
- Experience setting up and optimizing automation frameworks for parallel execution.
- Knowledge of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD).
- Experience with CI/CD tools preferably Bamboo and BitBucket.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to quickly adopt and understand automation framework and applications, perform automation activities with less guidance.
- Experience creating and setting up automation frameworks
Desired Skills:
- Experience running continuous integration build life cycles focused on automation
- Hands-on experience certifying that software is section 508-compliant
- Knowledge of clinical trials and their conduct
- Experience testing hospital management systems and/or electronic medical records
- Experience working in a CMMI environment
