EDI Data Analyst - Lead (Hybrid - Mason, Ohio)
We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the retail luxury goods and jewelry industry. This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension. It is a Hybrid role Mason, Ohio (3X/week in office), Work hours - 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.
*Candidates who are s, s,holders, or TN visa holders eligible to work on W2 are highly preferred.
Position Summary:
The Medicaid EDI Manager will play a critical role within the Business Data Solutions team to maintain and implement Medicaid encounter feeds. The Medicaid Manager will be the primary resource to implement new client and/or state outbound transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Manager will develop requirements based on stakeholder meetings and interpretation of Companion Guides.
- The Manager will identify, recommend and implement process improvements in support of the EDI system based on observation, monitoring and external inquiries regarding EDI issues.
- Secondary responsibilities include researching and analyzing encounter edits or rejections for Medicaid clients and working with internal/external teams to resolve.
- The Manager will work to improve overall encounter, member and provider data quality. As well they will track encounter submission quality and timeliness.
Required Experience/Skills/Education:
- Ability to analyze claims data.
- Experience with EDI mapping for 837, 999, 277CA, 835.
- Experience with Medicaid Claims processing.
- HIPAA X12 EDI Transactions experience.
- Develop standard and custom testing plans to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation and process flow of all EDI processes.
Other Job Specifications:
- Employment Type: W2 only. NO C2C, NO 1099.
- Contracting Period: 12 months contract, with potential extensions.
- Job Location: Hybrid Mason, Ohio (3X/week in office), Work hours - 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.
- Contract Rate: Up to $58/hr. on W2.
