We are looking to hire a candidate with the skill sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW), This is an Onsite role in Philadelphia, PA.
*W2 only, NO C2C. (Only USC, GC, GC EAD or TN visa holders are eligible)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer focused Help Desk Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in a single point of contact help desk environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using GroupLink’s Everything Helpdesk application and a strong understanding of the ACD system and trouble ticket processes. This role requires excellent customer service skills, including effective telephone etiquette, and the ability to work well within a team. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues while ensuring clear communication with both technical and non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a single point of contact help desk role.
- Proficient in using GroupLink’s Everything Helpdesk application.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
- In-depth understanding of the ACD system and trouble ticket management process.
