Implementation Manager/Trainer (Remote - Multiple Locations)
We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the retail luxury goods and jewelry industry. This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension.
Note: This is a remote role with multiple locations. Ohio or California are the preferred locations. Candidates may also be in Washington or Oregon areas. This role requires up to 25% of travel to client locations as part of their job responsibilities in those locations.

Position Summary:
The Manager Eye Care Implementation works closely with the Eye Care Projects and Equipment teams to lead the coordination and execution of user and doctor training for new devices and systems within the Eye Care space. They will also support the validation of equipment and system readiness. This role is the leader of content for them and will be responsible for managing relationships between field partners, store/office teams, and partners to ensure deadlines and high training saturation levels are achieved.
This role will provide remote/virtual training classes for doctors and their technicians as they get transferred into a new platform. There will be occasional material development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Training or Eye Care equipment and systems across all banners and businesses.
- Manage processes to ensure the needs of the trainees are met within the allotted training sessions.
- Lead all training activities with Optometrists and Technicians across different modalities.
- Lead the training of multiple platforms and technologies to users of various skill levels.
- Lead engaging training including e-learnings, modules, PDFs and live virtual training with stores, offices staff, and optometrists.
- Manage pre-training module assignments and training saturation reporting to ensure the best prepared training.
- Assist Leonardo partners with graphics, images, and other visual elements according to the objectives of the training.
- Delivery of digital content from global Leonardo partners.
- Support for content management across all brands and banners.
- Support by being the copywriter and editor for training content as needed.
- Communicate with teams and cross-functional partners to ensure compliance with schedules and training tracks.
- Support the management of project deadlines, deliverables, and external resources.
- Demonstrated initiative in gathering feedback and data from partners, improving learning and development content and constantly moving learning content to the next level.
- This role requires up to 25% of travel to client locations as part of their job responsibilities in those locations.
Required Experience/Skills/Education:
- 2 years' experience in a related position (Training, Implementation, Equipment Usage Training, Retail Operations).
- Health/training backgrounds.
- Project Management, Instrument Training, Application Training, Communication and scheduling experience.
- Prior experience with equipment or systems training to large numbers of customers or users.
- Experience with equipment training and usage (ideally within a Health Care setting).
- Eye Care industry experience. Optical knowledge is great but not required.
- Experience working with licensed professionals and state/provincial regulations.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate cross functionally to achieve results.
- Excellent planning, project management and organizational skills.
- Love of training, teaching, or mentorship.

Job Specifications:
- Employment Type: W2 only. NO C2C, NO 1099.
- Contracting Period: 6-month contract, with potential extensions.
- Job Location: Remote - Ohio or California (highly preferred), Washington or Oregon are other locations (25% of travel to client locations required).
- Contract Rate: Up to $33/hr. on W2.
