.Net Developer (Hybrid - Philadelphia, PA)
We are looking to hire a candidate with the skill sets mentioned and experience for one of our client Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW), This is a Hybrid role in Philadelphia, PA.This position is only available for candidates who can commute to Philadelphia, PA. Therefore, we are considering candidates only from the Tri-state area.

Position Summary:
Candidate responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using the Microsoft .NET Framework, with a primary focus on building and managing operations, Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of software solutions.
Minimum Skills and Experience:
- 7 to 9 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting multiple mission-critical web and Windows applications using application/data security best practices. Proficiency in the following programming languages/technologies is a must:
- ASP.NET (4.6 ) with MVC and/or Razor Pages, C#, and Python programming.
- VB.Net and MSMQ.
- HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, Bootstrap, AngularJS/6 .
- .NET Core 3 and .NET 6.
- Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming, including batch processing.
- RESTful APIs and SOAP Services.
- Experience interfacing with enterprise application systems such as Oracle C2M and Oracle Financial is a plus, as well as upgrading applications to .NET 6 and above.
- Strong customer focus, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
- Experience working with custom software solutions and customer programs in the utilities industry is a plus.
