SAP Manufacturing Support Specialist (SAP PP / QM) - Hybrid (Covington, GA) or In-Office (San Jose, CA)
We are looking to hire a candidate with the skill sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the technology consulting industry. This is a 12 month contract with the potential for extension (s). This is a Hybrid role in Covington, GA or In-Office in San Jose, CA. Resource Needs to be Local or Nearby either one of the mentioned locations.

Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing Support Specialist for a new manufacturing facility located in the Atlanta, GA metro area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Production Planning (PP) or Quality Management (QM), with at least 8 years of experience in SAP support and troubleshooting. This is an on-site role, requiring presence at the facility 5 days a week.
Position Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot production issues on the shop floor in real-time.
Triage production issues and work with the support team to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
Identify and recommend improvements to current processes to optimize manufacturing workflow and user experience.
Provide support for functional design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of enhancements related to the SAP manufacturing solution.
Act as a super user to guide end-users who are new to SAP or the client s manufacturing solutions. Provide hands-on training, answer questions, and offer feedback to leadership to improve the user onboarding process.
Use firefighter access to resolve production issues as needed (with authorization) to ensure manufacturing operations continue smoothly.
Required Skills / Experience / Education :
At least 10 years of experience working with SAP , particularly in Production Planning (PP) or Quality Management (QM).
Strong experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) or Quality Management (QM) modules.
Proven experience in supporting production environments and troubleshooting real-time issues.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and offer user training and support.
Experience with SAP PEO (Process Execution Optimization).
Familiarity with SAP WM (Warehouse Management) or SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
Experience in Automotive or Aerospace & Defense industries is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Contracting Period : 12 month contracting opportunity with the potential for extension.
