Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and daily operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate must be honest, have integrity, also a good work ethic and have supervisory skills to manage multiple staff. Must have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and construction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Be flexible, organized and able to work with women.
- Provide training and support to team members, especially with what you are proficient in.
- Be capable of building a team and developing maintenance schedules.
- Develop preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facilities.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance and/or office environment.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, commercial and residential HVAC and construction, and be proficient in two of these items.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Proficient in English for communication purposes within the workplace.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
