THE JOB
The Senior Campaign Manager is a vital member of OMG23’s Ad Operations team. Executing services for Disney’s digital campaigns, this person is responsible for technical implementation, troubleshooting and QA of online media campaigns in a fast-paced advertising/marketing environment. Strong client service skills, an aptitude for technology, a desire to find success for clients, and a passion to succeed in digital marketing are keys to job satisfaction. This includes being able to multi-task, troubleshoot, manage multiple timelines, keep calm under pressure and work across functions. As one of the main technical resources for the client team, this person performs tactical tasks effectively and with minimal supervision, develops collaborative relationships with team members, displays clear communication and acts proactively.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$69,000—$75,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with teams to support client deliverable deadlines
- Ability to communicate and explain complex ideas to teams, clients, and advertising partners
- Willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to delight the client and deliver excellent customer service
- Owns creative quality assurance including testing functionality and all other aspects of ad trafficking
- Owns area of expertise (Ad Servers, Technical Creative Functionality, HTML, etc.) and can confidently answer client/team questions
- Provide tier 1 technical support to internal teams and clients
- Supports Supervisor of Digital Ad Operations in projects, documentation and resolution of technical concerns

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Education in web development, internet and/or traditional marketing preferred
- 2-3 years of experience working in online advertising operations or related field
- Working knowledge of Google Campaign Manager or other ad serving platforms.
- Familiarity with ad viewability/verification vendors (IAS, DV, Moat, etc.)
- Comfortable troubleshooting HTML and JavaScript issues
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
- Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
- Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and stay solution focused
