THE JOB
OMG23 is seeking a Specialist, Social for our Search and Social team to work on the Walt Disney account. The Specialist, Social is responsible for strategizing and executing paid search (Google/Bing/YouTube) and social (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Snapchat/Pinterest) campaigns. The Specialist will work closely with offline and digital teams to ensure that strategy aligns with overall media goals. Reporting to an Associate Director, this person will be responsible for building ongoing client relationships while working with the production and project/campaign insights team to develop and execute campaigns.
Please note this is a paid media position, not a content creation or social community management role.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$60,000—$69,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities Include
Paid Social
- Develop, manage, execute, and report on paid social efforts across various social media platforms (Meta, YouTube, X, Snapchat, etc.)
- Create and develop complex audience targeting
- Post and boost client content on various social channels
- Manage daily budget pacing
- Demonstrate proficiency with basic bid management and optimizations
- Thorough QA of all campaign executions and reporting
- Report and analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
- Recognize campaign issues and escalate appropriately
- Monitor and optimize campaigns appropriately based on clients’ goals and data analysis
- Able to work and prioritize within timelines, and effectively communicate in both verbal and written

- Bachelor’s degree – Marketing Degree, Business Degree desired.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience planning, executing and optimizing paid social marketing campaigns for larger brands, preferably in the Entertainment industry
- Required competency in the following areas:
- Basic understanding of online marketing including SEM, SEO, display and paid social
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, time management skills, and ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings
- Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
- Self-starter able to deal with ambiguity and adaptable
- Analytical mindset. Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking
- Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely with strong presentation skills
- Proven team player and works well under pressure
- Strong Excel skills are required
