Are you a skilled analytical scientist with expertise in small molecules? Do you thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment? One of our Biotech customers is seeking a Senior Scientist to join their Commercial Attribute Sciences team in Cambridge, MA!
Role: Scientist Senior
🔹 Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)
🔹 Duration: 1 year (Potential for extension)
🔹 Pay: $45 - $49/hour (W2)

Key Responsibilities
✅ Define analytical control strategies and implement methodologies for late-stage programs
✅ Develop and execute analytical methods for small molecules, including mass spectrometry, UV, NMR, FTIR, chromatography, particle size determination, and crystal characterization
✅ Lead analytical support for in-process testing, release, and stability testing
✅ Ensure compliance with USP monographs, ICH/FDA guidance, GLP, and GMP
✅ Oversee method transfer and validation across internal and external contract testing sites
✅ Provide cross-functional leadership across CMC, Quality, and Process Development teams
✅ Author technical reports, regulatory filing documents, and specifications
What We’re Looking For
🔬 B.S. in Chemistry, Analytical Sciences, or related field with 6 years of experience
🔬 Strong background in analytical techniques for small molecules
🔬 Experience with drug substance and drug product process development
🔬 Ability to manage technical transfers to external contract organizations
🔬 Excellent technical writing and data review skills
