Job Title: Level 2 Support Technician
Location: Bloomingdale IL
Duration: 3 Months contract to hire
Job Description:
- This person will be responsible for the following:
- It is a basic IT position.
- They will be responsible for troubleshooting printers whether local or networked along with any other basic needs to keep printers up and running.
- Trouble shoot tablet and business software.
- Also help other departments whom may need I T Support.”
- The client will be migrating to an ERP. A lot of the users do not understand technology and the customer anticipates the users will need help accessing printers, WIFI issues, tablet issues connecting to other devices, etc.
- Type: 3 month Contract with Right to Hire; client currently does not have headcount but wants individuals they would not have to sponsor should a headcount open up.
- Travel: The client has 2 buildings, “3 minutes from one another,” so the person will be required to drive between the two locations providing support where needed.
