Will start onsite- Hybrid role ( 3 days a week in office)
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED
Duties may include: Monitoring mutual fund trade queues to ensure successful daily order processing; researching customer inquiries related to mutual fund trading, dividends, and corporate action posting; processing exception trades when necessary; supporting project initiatives and assisting teammates with QA testing; enforcing mutual fund trading rules and ensuring customers abide by the fund prospectus; and collaborating with other Operations stakeholders to provide a seamless mutual fund trading experience for our clients.
Requires ability to work as part of a team and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment; strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of financial services field. Must be able to learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once. Must have strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned and problem-solving skills as well as be able to work independently.
