Duties
- Communicate with families on a daily basis.
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing policies and identify areas for improvement.
- Attend conferences and regional meetings.
- Facilitate benefits administration by explaining policy details and answering client inquiries.
- Engage in sales activities, including insurance sales and telemarketing, to attract new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in HIPAA compliance to provide informed advice.
- Build strong relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service and support throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse client populations when applicable.
