About the Position
Interact with and provide direct instructions to Client staff supporting LRP to ensure alignment with all planning and activities in a manner that inspires and guides the team cultivating a collaborative and highperforming environment where skill gaps within the team are addressed by promoting learning and development opportunities.Uphold critical paths to achieve program goals and interact with client QA Vendor to ensure alignment with tasks and duration.Ensure the Program governance structures for oversight feedback and decisionmaking is effective including :
Chairing the LRP Steering CommitteeDefining the roles and responsibilities of governance bodies including Steering Committees advisory boards and / or working groupsCreating a decisionmaking structure that promotes accountability engagement and oversightServe as the main point of contact for stakeholders providing updates and collecting feedback.Resolve conflicts or challenges that arise throughout Program .Oversee project risk and issues and work with the team to address risks including organizational change technical challenges and data migration issues.Regularly report on program status risks and issues to key stakeholders executive leadership and client Board of Trustees.Ensure ongoing improvement by assessing program outcomes capturing lessons learned and applying lessons forwardManage vendor relationships to ensure quality deliverables and compliance with project scope and timelines.Collaborate with Program Leads to develop and execute organizational change management strategies that support user adoption of new systems and processes as well as client operational transition.Work directly with the Systems Integrator to implement the strategic vision for the Program focusing on clear business outcomes ensuring alignment with organizational goals successfully managing stakeholder expectations and supporting people through the changes.Engage with the LRP Sponsor on all matters impacting the project including scope budget risk and resource management.Work with the Systems Integrator to plan execute monitor and close all program activities ensuring adherence to timelines budgetsRequirements
MANDATORY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor s or master s degree in business administration Information TechnologyProject Management or a related field is preferredPgMP Certified or Certified Project ManagerAt least 5 years of prior experience with largescale legacy replacement projects involving multiple thirdparty vendors and large data conversionAt least 10 years of proven software implementation experience as a senior program or project management leaderPrior experience interfacing with executives including delivering presentationsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage / engage key stakeholders and crossfunctional teamsRemarkable collaborator who communicates well both written and verbally with the ability to convey complex information clearly to different audiencesExperience with software development life cycle and application release management requiredDESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :

Education
Salary Range= $155,000 to $160,000 with Benefits : 1. Holiday Benefit 10 holidays per year 2. Vacation Benefit 10 vacation days per year, Accrued on a weekly basis. 3.
