Job Description:
- Subject Matter Expert to provide Aternity Support by creating custom Aternity dashboards, Scripting for self-healing capabilities, recommendations on Enterprise Defects to resolve and to support UNS Service Providers with accomplishing a Pro-active approach when mitigating enterprise level defects of patches, software. SME to provide capabilities to identify asset reboot needs and strategies to resolve pending reboots. SME must have defect tracking capabilities by creating tracking reports for all identified defect items to be resolved or resolved.
- Aternity & ServiceNow Software Specialists: Provide assistance to enhance the End User Experience Monitoring.
Functional Responsibility:
- Working with senior IT systems analysts and clients, analyzes business and system requirements, re-engineers existing processes, develops process maps of newly created computer system logic and workflow of larger, more complex systems. Understands the impact of complex technical solutions applied to the current business environment, and the impact of transitioning to new systems.
The candidate shall provide assistance and training to the client staff for the design and build of Aternity End User Experience Monitoring and have ServiceNow Subject matter expertise (SME) to proactively identify enterprise level 1, level 2 deployment or software defects. SME is to work with UNS Service Providers by providing self-healing scripting capabilities to resolve identified defects automatically. SME is to create dashboards, monitoring VIP assets, and to identify defects to be proactively resolved within the Aternity & ServiceNow workstreams and to collaborate with UNS Service Providers and resolve the identified defects. - Support Operations & Maintenance, create technical documentation and operating manuals/guides that meet the client's governance needs, develop knowledge articles and conduct Service Desk technician-level training for system use and support
The Candidate shall create technical documentation, operating manuals, desktop guides Standard Operation Procedure (SOPs). The candidates shall develop knowledge articles to support Aternity dashboards development and maintenance. The candidates shall conduct training at the Service Desk technician level to support Aternity system use and support. The candidate shall provide documentation of actions taken, needed guidance and/or training given to customers to assist Service Desk specialists in resolving complex problems. - Lead the Integration of Aternity auto-ticketing capabilities within the ServiceNow product.
The Candidates shall spearhead the integration of Aternity?s auto-ticketing capabilities using ServiceNow. The candidate shall provide documentation of actions taken, diagrams and programming solutions required. - Enable Aternity monitoring capabilities, to include the development of resource baselines, the capturing of reporting requirements, and creating dashboards for monitoring toolsets to integrate into ServiceNow dashboard capabilities.
The Candidate shall provide the technical support needed to plan, document, develop, and program Aternity monitoring capabilities to include the development of resource baselines, the capturing of reporting requirements, and creating dashboards for monitoring toolsets to integrate into ServiceNow dashboard capabilities. - Perform activities which include:
- Participate in meetings as directed by the client's PM.
- Attend training, technical, procedural and security as requested by the client's PM. Candidate may be required to temporarily change their TOD to attend training.
- Participate in working sessions through the client communication/meeting tools or any online group collaborative tools available.

Requirements
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent industry experience in Microsoft technologies.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Productivity Solutions Expert and CompTIA Network .
Minimum/General Experience:
- Five to six years demonstrated performance in business/technical IT systems analysis.
- Under general direction, plans, develops and defines IT systems requirements using technical research and specialized industry knowledge and experience.
- Focused on analyzing medium to large sized divisional/regional systems.
