- The period of performance shall be for one year (12) months from the date a contract is fully executed plus four (12) month option periods.
- Hours of Operation : The contractor shall conduct business between the hours of 6 : 00AM and 6 : 00PM Monday thru Friday except the Federal holidays listed or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies administrative closings or similar Government directed facility closings.
About the position :

Requirements Basic Qualifications : Bachelor\'s Degree with minimum experience 10 -15 years as SME led technical advocacy. Required Skillset : COBOL Software development life cycle Testing Software Version Control (Configuration Management) Tape Management IBM iSeries Servers HMC experience Preferred Skillsets : Configuration Management Understanding of Requirements and Testing Documentation Knowledge of Implementation Activities DB Migrations STIGs Encryption of Data at Risk i Access Client Solutions Navigator i Cryptographically hashed audit tool File Exchange Protocols IBM Syslog Reporting Manager IBM Digital Certificate Manager IBM Navigator Java IBM I Access Client Solutions Security Requirements : The candidate must meet the following conditions of employment : Must be a U.S Citizen or National Registered for Selective Service (males born after).
