Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for clients and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with project managers.
- Manage incoming payments and outstanding invoices, ensuring timely vendor payments and maintaining strong relationships.
- Monitor cash transactions, forecast cash flow needs, and reconcile bank statements to maintain liquidity.
- Prepare and post journal entries and conduct account reconciliations for accurate financial reporting for month-end closings.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Perform various accounting tasks as assigned by management to enhance departmental efficiency.
