What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Door Strategist/Consigliere position at OMNI Consulting Solutions?
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Door Strategist / Consigliere to lead strategic planning and coordination efforts for Front Door processes and activities. This role involves working closely with government mission partners, commercial industry stakeholders, and internal teams to develop a cohesive engagement strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in space program acquisition, systems engineering, intelligence, national security, or related fields and a strong understanding of government-industry collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans for Front Door processes and activities to enhance commercial engagement.
Act as a liaison between commercial-facing Government Mission Partners to ensure a cohesive strategy for industry collaboration.
Engage with Space Systems Command (SSC) mission area teams to coordinate and strategize Reverse Industry Days.
Manage the intake and coordination of upcoming Government and Commercial Events to align with organizational objectives.
Advise the Strategic Integration Group on commercial engagement strategies and best practices.
Analyze industry trends and opportunities to enhance government-commercial partnerships.
Provide recommendations to leadership on policy, legislative considerations, and industry outreach efforts.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, National Security, Intelligence).
Experience :
Minimum 10 years of combined experience in one or more of the following areas :
Large Space Program Acquisition
Systems Engineering
Programming, Planning, and Budgeting
Intelligence
Operations
National Security
Skills :
Strong understanding of government acquisition and commercial engagement processes.
Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work with the Salesforce CRM Platform
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Secret clearance is required
Hybrid in El Segundo, CA.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Experience in legislative affairs, venture capital, finance, or think tank research.
Familiarity with Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs) and evaluating technical government requirements.
