Job Description:
WISCO Trucking Inc. (WTI) is looking for a Yard Technician to join our team. This is a physically demanding role that requires individuals with a strong work ethic, who can keep up with the hustle and adapt to changing needs throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform light and general maintenance on equipment
• Assist in keeping the yard organized and free from debris
• Maintain a clean yard by performing snow removal during winter months and dirt work as necessary
• Always maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring safety standards are adhered to

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, but not required)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be comfortable with physically demanding tasks, fast-paced work, and possess a strong sense of urgency
• Familiarity with various communication methods (phone, email, text, basic computer skills)
• Ability to think and react quickly to changing situations with good judgment
