The Community Based Therapist will provide in person and / or telehealth services (assessment, treatment, crisis intervention, etc) to youth and families to address behavioral health difficulties in the home, school and / or community. The therapist will utilize evidence based / supported service models in order to increase functioning and stability within the family system. Through the integration of trauma informed and resilience focused treatment, the goal of the Community Based Therapist is to facilitate a successful transition back into the youth's home or help prevent out of home placement.

What you bring to this role :
- Individual required to possess master’s degree and an active LPC, LSW or LMFT. Must be in good standing in the State of Ohio.
- Bring your passion and expertise
- A desire to help others become the best they can be in serving our clients while managing a healthy work / life balance.
- Candidates must also have a strong working knowledge of clinical diagnoses using the DSM 5 and interventions to address mental health conditions.
- Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
