Omni Visions is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as an Foster Care Team Leader. As the Foster Care Team Leader you would be responsible for supervising and directing the activities of the case management staff who are responsible for all aspects of service delivery for clients placed in their caseload. This position directs the work of others to ensure job performance follows Omni Vision’s policies and procedures, OSHA, HIPPA, federal, local and state regulations. Participates in team activities in accordance with the Omni Vision mission and values.

- Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
- Master’s degree in social services, human services or related field required for foster care services oversight. Master’s degree preferred for adult services oversight.
- Minimum of three years’ experience working with developmentally, intellectually and/or physically disabled individuals or special needs children and one year of supervisory experience preferred. Experience required with children’s mental health and behavioral population.
- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate good judgment in decision making; strong organizational and interpersonal skills required; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
- Verified state licenses, including credentialing and training, as required by state regulations.
