Job Title : Security and Deployment Engineer
Location : Hybrid (Navy Yard or Laurel, MD)
Security Clearance : Active Secret Clearance (TS / SCI preferred)

We are seeking a strong Security and Deployment Engineer to support our Navy customer in an exciting opportunity to implement a metadata management tool for Mission and Operational data. Candidates must be passionate, energized, and excited to work on modern architectures and solve challenging problems for our clients.
Requirements :
5 years of Security experience
Strong experience in Data Analytics and Data Storage
Experience in software deployments
Strong Linux background and familiarity with best practices of infrastructure management
Experience working with open-source data storage and processing technologies (Accumulo / Hadoop)
Experience In Data analytics working with Elasticsearch
Experience with containerization tools such as Docker
Nice to Have : Kong service mesh
Data distribution and monitoring (NiFi)
Experience with load balancing tools such as NGINX
Experience with AWS and other cloud vendors

Proposed Pay Scale : $125,100-$160,200
