Staff Accountant
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This role is crucial in managing our accounts payable process, contributing to month-end close activities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This role will involve full-cycle A / P processing, G / L reconciliation, vendor management, and participation in an 8-day month-end close.
Responsibilities :
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below :
- Full-cycle Accounts Payable processing.
- Accurate invoice coding and expense allocation.
- General Ledger reconciliation and analysis.
- Participation in month-end close activities.
- Vendor communication and relationship management.
- Accurate record-keeping and documentation.
