Gymnastics Group Training Instructor

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gym Fitness Class Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in group fitness and personal training. As a Gym Fitness Class Instructor, you will play a crucial role in educating members on proper training techniques , promoting physical fitness, and instilling confidence through these training sessions.

Duties

• Conduct engaging group training classes for members of various skill levels, ensuring safety and proper technique.
• Develop lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of each member while promoting physical education and creating a fun environment.
• Provide some individualized instruction and feedback to help members improve their skills.
• Monitor member progress and adjust training methods accordingly to maximize learning outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and clean training environment, adhering to health club standards.
• Collaborate with management to discuss the program and adjust as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Ability to add private one on one training clients as well.

Experience

• Previous experience as a gymnastics instructor or coach is preferred.
• Preferred F45 , Orange Theory or similar background
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate the membership effectively.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and fun learning environment that encourages personal growth and teamwork.
