Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Worth, TX for a Loss Prevention Officer. The Loss Prevention Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, associates, and hotel property. Daily tasks include monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting regular patrols, investigating suspicious activities, responding to emergencies, and enforcing security protocols. The Officer will also collaborate with hotel management and law enforcement when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention and Physical Security
- Proficient in Surveillance and Prevention techniques
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security training is a plus
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting is beneficial
