Nurse Practitioner Needed for Multispecialty Group in coastal Florida
OMNI Healthcare Inc. is a multispecialty, physician operated and managed organization located in the heart of Brevard County. With seven locations stretching from Southern Brevard County to Northern Brevard County. We are looking for a Full-Time/ Part-Time licensed Nurse Practitioner needed for our growing organization. Performed duties will include but not limited too.
- Serves as a medical professional to evaluate and perform clear, comprehensive and concise medical examinations.
- Work with Quality department to insure compliance with clinical measures.
- Review incoming reports (Labs, X-ray, EKG,) sign off, and follow up when indicated.
- Maintain neat patient records with timely office notes, current chronic problem and medication lists.
- Maintain current knowledge of coding and billing requirements. Provide accurate coding information on encounter for appropriate billing.
- Able to perform clinical examination of patients
- Able to diagnose based on assessment of patient
- EHR utilization
- Create long term and short term treatment plan, prescribe medication based on clinical assessment, order diagnostic procedures using correct diagnosis codes
- Able to perform Chronic Care Management, Annual Well Visits Knowledge of quality measures
- Excellent Customer service and Empathy skills Attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication
